Vintage heavy butcher/meat cleaver measuring approximately 13 1/2" overall with a 6" wood handle and 7 1/2" x 3" steel blade. Blade has a serrated/toothed section along the upper spine and a round hanging hole near the end. Wood handle is secured with two metal rivets. No maker's mark is visible. Considerable age and use wear including scratches, staining, oxidation and discoloration to the blade and wear to the wood handle. Sold in as-found condition.
